How does the monthly allowance work?+
Each billing month you can download up to 10 different templates. Re-downloading one you already have that month is free and does not use a credit. Your allowance resets on your renewal date.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel from your account page in a couple of clicks. You keep access until the end of the month you already paid for, and you are not charged again.
Do unused downloads roll over?+
No. The allowance is 10 per month and resets each renewal. Templates you downloaded are yours to keep and use after you cancel.
What's your refund policy?+
If the library isn't a fit, contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. See the Refund Policy for details.
