We want you to be satisfied. If the monthly plan isn't the right fit, you may request a full refund of your first payment within 14 days of subscribing. We cancel the subscription at the same time, so you will not be charged again.

Later monthly renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time from your account page and you will not be charged for the next month.

How to request a refund

Email support@openworksheet.com from the email address you used at checkout, with the subject "Refund request". We'll process approved refunds to your original payment method, typically within a few business days.

Notes on digital products

Because templates are digital files that can be downloaded immediately, we ask that refund requests be made in good faith. We may decline requests where there is evidence of significant bulk downloading or misuse of the library inconsistent with a genuine evaluation.

Statutory rights

This policy is offered in addition to, and does not limit, any refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
